I loved how the hotel was just a few steps away from numerous attractions like the Holocaust Museum and beautiful parks; I spent my days wandering around and soaking up the sights, followed by relaxing evenings in my comfortable room that offered a delightful breakfast and helpful staff, making my solo trip with service dogs stress-free and enjoyable. The cleanliness could use a bit of improvement, but overall it felt warm and welcoming.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I loved the delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast. Charles and Shaun from the front desk made my stay even better with their friendly, helpful attitude.

During my xmas stay, the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short drive away from charming restaurants. The staff members were friendly and polite, which added to a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the comfortable mattresses provided a good night's sleep.
The check-in process was delayed past the scheduled time, and the staff appeared disorganized. the presence of a strong marijuana smell in various areas of the property was overwhelming at times.

While the beds at La Quinta By Wyndham St Louis Westport were comfortable, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found stained sheets and trash under the bed. Improved supervision of housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall experience.

I can't believe how dirty the place was. I found hair in my bed, the bathroom was slimy, and the fridge didn’t even fit. I felt gross just being there—definitely not how you want to spend your time away.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick. Parking was close to our room. The guy at the front desk at night was great. The room was comfy with two TVs, a nice bathroom mirror, and good heating. We loved the fitness center. Free coffee and tea when available.

The microwave and fridge were a fantastic surprise, with no extra fees. the bathroom fell short; we lacked towels and soap, and the water pressure was disappointing. The common areas are in dire need of updates, with stained carpets and chipped molding present. We experienced a concerning security issue and an unresponsive management regarding our complaints. The potential is there, but significant improvements are necessary for a truly satisfactory stay. It’s a shame, given the promising start.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our initial room issues, which included an unpleasant smell and unclean bedding. Eventually, we were moved to a better room that was clean and spacious. While the breakfast was a nice touch, options were limited, and we noticed supplies running low without prompt restocking. Despite some maintenance hiccups and a cluttered hallway from what seemed like renovations, the affordability and helpfulness of the team made the stay manageable. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a good price and can overlook a few upkeep details.

The hotel's convenient location near Graybar Electric, Watlow, American Family, and Monsanto was perfect for our needs. being close to the Creve Coeur Golf Club and the lively Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre added an extra touch of excitement to our trip.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would be beneficial.

I chose La Quinta for its prime location near the Holocaust Museum and Learning Center. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient amenities and Here for You service. The free Bright Side Breakfast with eggs and waffles was a great way to start the day.

We recently stayed at La Quinta and I wanted to share our experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The beds were soft and the rooms were well-kept. We also enjoyed the modern lighting that could be adjusted for different times of the day. On the downside, we initially had a room that smelled like wet dog. It was quite unpleasant, but after requesting a different room, the issue was quickly resolved. It might be a good idea for the management to consider having separate rooms with pets to avoid such situations in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for the affordable pricing. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, although the selection could have been better. the breakfast area could have been better maintained as it seemed a bit messy and items ran out quickly. our stay was decent despite some minor hiccups. The hotel had its pros and cons, but the friendly staff and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. We would consider staying here again if the few issues we encountered were addressed.

the property was super clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. it's not smack dab in the middle of a loud busy area - but still close enough to the city. the front desk guys at night were always great - going out of their way to be kind and helpful - especially sean.

I enjoyed the free breakfast with waffles, the outdoor pool, and exploring the area for water adventures. The bright lobby breakfast served by friendly staff was a highlight.
I loved the 24/7 weed aroma and the door-handle jiggling on my last night.

My friends and I had a blast at the hotel with free WiFi to post all our fun pics on Insta! The outdoor pool and gym were awesome - perfect for burning off energy after visiting nearby cool spots like Watlow and Hollywood Casino.
Wish there was a chill bar or lounge area for young party animals like us to hang out and have a blast! .

The hotel had a chic decor and a great outdoor area. However, the mattress pads were bunched up, the pillows were cheap, and the sink faucet shuddered. The staff was super nice and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. We loved that the hotel allowed pets at no extra charge. The location was convenient, being only 10-20 minutes away from the city's main attractions. The pillows were so amazing that we wished we could buy them for our own home. The outside seating in the evening was lovely, and having a convenience store right next door was convenient. The staff, especially Miss Catherine and Nicole, were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff even accommodated an early breakfast for us before we had to leave. it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had.
Our reservation was not honored even though we had a confirmation number. The hotel manager claimed that there was no reservation and that the hotel was fully booked.

my room at la quinta was clean and modern, and all of the facilities were working. the staff was efficient and professional. though the hotel was very busy, our night was quiet and relaxing. overall very easy to get to and find things around. we liked the service staff, who were very friendly and polite. our stay was very pleasant. 😊
